is this a fuse or relay problem or something else

power locks wont go up or down, radio stays on after doors are open, outside mirrors wont move, steering wheel wont lock in position

Check fuses, and check body control module.

Could be a problem with the body control module and other stuffs-bring it in and have it further checked out

check all your fuses.the radio is a door jam switch or door latch switch.does it work correct from the r/f door.explaine how the steering wheel operates.u my have multiable problems.
