bubbling or gurgling sound when sitting inside the car. sounds like its comeing from the dash area (running or not running)

Is the engine overheating? It could be coming from the heater core

engine is not overheating and system has been flushed

I also have a 2007 Lincoln Towncar and have the exact same issue, the car only has about 25,000 miles on it...runs great, is not running hot...has not been abused but has this loud bubbling, gurgling sound that seems to be coming from the dashboard...the a/c and heat runs fine. So I jacked up the rear of the car with it running and the heater on full, this released the air bubbles inside the heater core. no more noise ya!
