2007 Lexus RX 350 Will not start

Started car, drove 3 miles, parked, shut off car, went into store, came back, car would not star. Dash lights come on, radio will play but engine will not turn over, no clicking, nothing. Front lights will not come on. Rain all day.

First check both battery terminal clamps are tight and not corroded. You should not be able to move the battery terminal clamps. Any looseness or corrosion will cause a not crank condition. If it is corroded make sure there is enough terminal clamp material and that it has not been eaten away by the corrosion. Let me know what you find
