I changed the spark plugs and air filter after that the engine light is on and on display shows VSC, how to reset the computer of Lexus IS 300 model 2007.

The VSC light comes on because the check engine light is on, the only way to clear both lights is to have the codes read in the computer with a scan tool, and cleared with a scan tool.
