So I took my car to the dealer because the AC was not blowing cold air, they said the freon was low but did not see any leaks. They ran through a full diagnostic, etc.
Is this even possible? They recommended a recharge, won't I be in the same situation eventually?

The car is a 2007 and chances are this is the first recharge. Six years from now you may end up having to recharge it again. However, if there are no leaks, it will take a long time.

Thank you!
How did the freon get low if there were no leaks?

Over the years, some will be lost, but it isn't a leak that you should be concerned about. If you are worried, when you have it recharged, ask them to check for leaks. They have a special tool that will detect freon leaks.
