2007 Kia Sorento no heat

The fan blows it seems like it will not switch to heat. I was told it could be temperature blend actuator. if so where is it located.

It's under the dash attached to the side of the HVAC housing. If it has left and right temp controls, it will have 2 of them https://www.2carpros.com/images/external/131288482.gif
