The 'panic' system in my car seems to go off randomly.

On windy days it will go off repeatedly, but it will go off on calm days too. I took it to the dealership to have it disabled,but they were no help. It is a useless feature, I can't believe it can't be disabled.

It is built into the car and cannot be acessed by anyone.
I would look at another dealer to see if they can track down the failure.
