maintenance plan and am think a fuse is bad locations and identifications?

72000kms car has been cutting out complete lack of all power last 2 days.After 10mins or so it starts and goes for maybe 20kms then does it again. Ask dealership and they say bring it in for checking (500 rand later) i have service plan not maintenance plan and am think a fuse is bad can you help me check them?
