What is the idling speed?
Is the Check Engine Light indicating?

No check engine light on
it idles up to 4RPM
and gain speed up to 60kmp

Check the throttle body for foreign objects obstructing the throttle plate. If syatem is by cable check the cable adjustment, ensure the cable has sufficient free play.
Check for vacuum leakages after the throttle plate, ie at manifolds.
