2006.5 (new model) Kia Optima 4 cyl. Manual Transmission with engine check light on. Auto Zone troubleshoot code is P2159 Vehicle Speed Sensor "B" range/performance. What is Speed Sensor B and where is it located? Car apparently has speed sensors on wheels and transmission.

The wheel sensors are for the ABS, The one you are looking for is on the transmission itself. It will have wiring going to it and if I recall correctly, it will be on the center/rear of the transmission facing the front of the vehicle.
