Their is a light that is on that say ESC and is on is it suppose to be on and if not how do i turn it off

The light should not be on. That indicates an issue with the Electronic Stability Control. What you need to do is have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes. With the codes, you can determine what is causing the light to come on.
