2007 Kia Amanti Amanti Blower Motor Sometimes Won T Run Tap On Bottom Will

I have 2007 KIA Amanti, blower motor sometimes won't run. If I tap on the bottom of the motor it will start and work until I shut the car off, then won't start again until I tap the bottom of the motor. Is this the motor or does the power mosfet have something to do with it?

the motor needs to be replaced.
