my engine has a miss and

I have already changed EGR,Coil,plugs and plug wires. is it posible that is is a intake manifold gasket leak or a o2 sensor?

A manifold leak seldom induces any misses, instead the idling speed would be erratic. So would an O2 sensor fault.

Is the MIL indicating?
Did you check the fuel injectors and engine compression?
What is the idling speed?
