misfire on 1 and 4

has no spark for 1 and 4 cyl. also scanner shows no pulse width for those cyl. replaced coils, plugs and wires. not sure where the coil gets its feed from or what voltage should i see at the plug in

Hello,

Yep no pulse width for individual coils means the PCM coil driver has gone out from those cylinders and the PCM needs to be replaced.
