I got my engine rebuilt after I bought a car and the engine blew now not even two months later my pulley fell off should the shop I bought it from fix it

yes they should unless a bolt broke but they should fix it anyhow

Just to add to this one, these vehicles are known for the crankshaft pulley separating into 2 pieces. They don't typically just fail. It takes awhile for the rubber to start breaking apart from the outer rim so the shop shiuldve inspected for this beforehand and replaced if necessary.
