Engine overheat to the maximum while driving, what it could be?

*it happens after turn on the A/C ,and it stop cooling air
*I hear clicking sound near engine when the key is switch on
*I heared weird sound (seems like over electricity) while transmission at low speed, and its stop after speed up
*yesterday, engine didn't start but it was rotate, its run after check loose fuse at fuses box under hood
