When long drives taking more than 40 minute ac goes down and down after one hr the ac will be dead only the fan will work. If we stop the vehicle for a while and then start it ac will work ok then and the problem comes after the same. Have done full ac cleaning and change gase also again the problem coming why it happening?

Sounds like it's freezing up which is condensation buildup in system. Why was system recharged? If it was broken it probably didn't have the receiver drier replaced nor evacuated with a vacuum pump for at least a half hour prior to recharging system.
