Headlight adjustment

I need to adjust the headlights and I can not for the life of me seem to find the screw or the bracket or whatever that adjust the headlights

The headlight adjustments are above the lens. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed. Some only have one adjusting screw.
