2007 Hyundai Elantra A/C Issues

I bought this car used without much of its history known to me. I went to try the ac out when it started getting warmer outside and it blew warming air. I recharged the system and still no results. The ac compressor wasn't engaging properly so I replaced it and recharged the system yet again. Everything seems to be working but it still ones not blow cold air. I need some suggestions on what could he causing it to blow hot air. The cabin air filter has been changed. My regular heat works on all settings.

Make sure the system has the required amount of the required lubricant for the compressor. Make sure the condenser isn't plugged and that air can get through the cooling fins. Check the actuators to make sure they are working properly. Make sure the heat exchanger is free of obstructions.

My next step is to check the condenser and actuators. I replaced the compressor, however the original compressor did blow air for about two minutes before it stopped working altogether. Not sure if that detail changes any suggestion on what to do.

Meant to say ice cold air before it stopped and the compressor went.

Did you properly and completely evacuate the system after installing the new compressor?
Make sure it's got the required amount of the proper refrigerant. (R12 versus R134a) and the right lubricant.

Yes it was properly evacuated. My gauges are reading the right amount of pressure after I refilled the system and it also has the right type and amount of lubricant. The condenser doesn't appear to be clogged. I'm not sure how to test the actuator

With the engine off, crank up the AC to Max Cool and stick your head down by the airbox to see if you can hear the doors and actuators moving.
