sometimes went turn on headlight switch none of headlights or turn lights come on most times they do but every now and then they dont like there is a short somewhere, any ideas thanks phil

Have the light switch tested.

how do u test light switch? once when lights were no working I took fuse box led off under hood and virbation caused lights to come on, maybe some wire or something lose in fuse box or bad connection

Yes, seems like you have a bad connections somewhere. Lights uses a rather high load current load which can result in poor connections overheating and nor working correctly. For testings you would need a DVOM or testlight.
