automatic transmission slipping when it gets hot

the atf fluid is brown in colour , I have drained and filled new oil but still slips when it gets hot. I then took of the oil cooler which I take is the unit that fits on top of the box with 2 water pipes. I flushed this unit and re fitted , car ran well but as soon as soon as it got hot it started slipping , cool down for 5 mins , run fine.

That's pretty typical symptoms of a wasted transmission. It's looking like a rebuild. Don't drive it too long. It will just do more damage.
