2007 Hyundai Accent power steering problem

So I change the power steering pump because it was making noise and it is still making noise. And slowing slow down when you steer. Power steering, power steering, power steering, power steering, power steer, power steering, power steering.

when was the last time you replaced the belt and tensioner if ever? recommended every 60k fill pump with fluid turn steering wheel to lock hold there 30 seconds and do the same other way. do this three times and fill pump. if noises don't go away it's something else
