I have already pulled the tank cleaned it out put in a new fuel pump. While it was out I blew the fuel lines out with air, cleaned the fuel rail and blew air through the injecter screens. Still it will not start, when crancking on the moter it trys to start and run rough for just a seconds then dies. If I let it sit for a few min it will run a few seconds which is still not but like 10 or 15 seconds. I noticed today that while trying to start the motar the injecters spray about 1good spray.

I took the supply line off the fuel rail and the fuel is steadly come\ing out but not at no spray with lot of presser but like a water hosr opened up a quater of the way I checked the pressaure at the fuel pump and it is about 49 to 50 psi I put a noid light on the injecters and it comes on bright then the next flash is dim then dimer.I am open to any answer please

You still have diesel fuel in the rail and in the injectors. Try using carb cleaner in the air filter to get it going. Once the diesel gets out of the injectors, it will come to life.

Ok but also, there is diesel fuel still in the intake system, valve area and the combustion chamber.

I pullked the plugs, blew the cylinder out with air then sprayed starting fluid in them then blew them out again and replaced plugs with new ones still same thing. I think it has something to do with the way that the noid light would blink very bright the first time then get dim and dimmer as it pulses. Is that possable

Yes.

You have done all you can here and I think you need some professional help. Let a shop take over for you. You need some new eyes to see what you did not. It sounds like you have done everything right but something is missing here.
