hi how else can i check a hummer h3 125amp mega fuse if its damaged as i dont have a amp tester.

i recently crossed my jumper cables which triggered the on board battery light to come on , and while on the net i picked up that there have been other hummer owners who did the same but replaced the mega fuse only.
