If your car was manufactured for the US, then it probably doesn't have the ability to change. If you want to calculate it yourself the formula is 1 mile equals 1.6 kilometers.

Your best bet would be to pull a intrument panel off a odyssey in a auto wreckers in canada.You might end up losing a few lights (1 or 2) but should not be that important. Because canadian vehicles have extra lights: DRL, etc.
But the wiring harness should be the same so go for it, give it a try.

Dash clusters are integrated control modules that are programmed to specific vehicles and specific features so you can't just put a random cluster in there.
