my car heater stoped working in mid journey .i drive a honda crv the temp was -15 outside iv read the manul and it says there is a gas heater system which will deactive in sub zero temps of -30with it being -15 and the chill factor could this be the problem and how do i fix this

Heater stopped working can mean a lot of things. You need to be specific as to the symptoms.

Did the fan stopped working?
Is it only blowing cold air if fan is working?
Have you checked the coolant level in radiator?
