Are the interchangeable in building a cold/short ram intake system?

My gf has a MAP in her car and it is proving difficult to find a tube or part to build her an intake. Advice? A MAF sensor is round and very common. The MAP is rectangular and i cant find anything?

MAP is manifold absolute pressure and MAF manifold airflow, both do separate readings and are not interchangeable, if the ECU was not set up for one or the other you can't interchange them.
