2007 Honda Civic Ac Switched On Fan Kicks There Sudden Loss Power Second Engine

when the ac is switched on and when the fan kicks in there is a sudden loss of power for a second as if the engine is going to cut out. After the engine back to normal. The radio switches off then come back on.

This happens everytime when the ac fan kicks in and specifically when the car is stationary in traffic

have the fan motor draw checked as it may be drawing too much on initial start up
