Sundenly my I notice a message on my dashboard reading 15% oil life and "A" sign on where the mileage suppose to appear,I have takken the car for service,change the leakage absorber,instead of the message corrected the oil life further reduce to 10% and I have checked d oil level of the engine,break oil, & transmission oil they are all guage,pls what could cause this,and how do I correct it.thank you

try resetting oil life indicator this way. if not it may be a bad cluster which is pretty common




Correct restet procedure for 05 Honda Accord... With key OFF, press and hold odemter/trip button in instrument cluster. While holding, turn ignition key to on position. After holding for about 10 secs the maint. light will reset. Tested and approved
