Hi, recently I noticed when I'm turning my car, or even reversing it, I hear a noise, that sounds very similar to medal on medal, or a whining of sorts, I'm pretty sure it's my breaks, but, I just had them replaced, not too long ago, so I'm quite confused, as too how they are already in the "shitter", any advice, or help, would be much appreciated!! Thank u, for ur time!!

You might need to replace the rotors. A lot of times these days when brakes are replaced the rotors get neglected. It used to be that you would machine the rotors for a new surface but rotors are now essentially made so thin that you simply replace them. When and if you do so make sure you sand the face of the brake pads to re-surface them or replace them as you will need a fresh surface to break into the new rotors.
You might also want to make sure that the parking brake is working properly and not only holding but retracting and not clamping the rotor when released. This can cause noises and pre-mature rotor failure.
