My Honda accord 2007 stopped in water flood. Not working now. How to repair? What to look for? A local mechanic checked it and stated that water entered to computer and inside engine through air filter.

If the engine had been running when you went into the flood, most probably you would have a bent connecting rod or 2. If engine was flooded with engine not running, replace engine oil and transmission fluid if contaminated with water.

Disconnect battery first.
Clean and dry out anything that is wet, especially the PCM and other control units and pray that they are not damaged, if not you would have to get a new one.
Remove the spark plugs and crank engine to clear any water out of cylinders.

After drying out carpets and other components, reinstall and test if it works.
