2007 Holden Commodore Idler Pulley

I need a guide to replace the engine drive belt tensioner pulley.
The bearing is noisy. I have purchased the pulley assembly already.
From what I can see there doesn't appear to be any way of releasing the tension on the belt before I remove the pulley.

Pull the tensioner up to remove the belt and then un do the idler pulley bolt which is a Left handed thread.
