When taking off the transmission jolts the car forward it seems the trans isn't selecting the right gear for the speed I am travelling at. It usually takes time for the car to warm up before it happens. You can be driving along and instead of the transmission changing up a gear it will change down and cause the car to sometimes skid to a slow travelling speed.the time span for it to start happening varies but eventually it always happens.

You can get a scan done on the transmission for electrical problems, do this and let me know if any codes are set.
