Just purchased a high mileage Yukon Denali and now the oil pressure drops while at idle (stop light, traffic, etc.). It runs at about 40 and drops to about 15. What would cause this? It also seems to be "missing" on occassion. Would that be related?

That's what comes with high mileage. The motor is tired and worn out.
