Why the "CHECK" button in DIC not working

I have Yukon Denali 07.
My DIC was working fine, two days ago I tried to change some of the options, but it seams that the "Check" button is not responding, the other two buttons are working fine.
what could be the problem?

I already checked the manual but no luck.
It seams that the reset setting are all disabled, it can only navigate to the options without updating it.
I hope it is clear now.

I'm not familiar with that system. Your best bet is going to talk to either a GMC service writer or a salesperson.
