electronic door locks

Door locks on 2007 Envoy won't work with remote or key, willwork with interior buttons and OnStar was able to open remotely. Remote battery OK. Tailgate makes continuous electronic noise when open. Glass hatch will not open at all and dome light does not come on when you open the door. Dealer put in a module that did not fix. They seem to be stumped. Any ideas?

there is a tsb that says to use dielectric compound for stuff like this. the body module is one that it is. this may not cure it the reference is 09-

shoot hit the wrong thing reference 09-06-03-004c. that's the tsb. it may work. also check the grounds as well.
