my dad disabled my car when we left it overnight in a rough neighborhood so it wouldn't get stolen.
now I need it and he's not answering his phone. the car won't turn over at allbut the lights, radio and dinger all work. I
can someone help me please?

try resetting your anti theft if no manual then look online.
