squeal when starting

2007 ranger 3.0 when cold and i start it gives a squeal for a couple of seconds . it sounds like is up front (alternator -belt or tensioner) . the engine has 35000 miles on it . the belt was changed at 30000 miles. HELP

Try a Motorcraft belt. Sometimes aftermarket belts are just a tick off of the origianl design.

Belts do streach, i would be re checking the external drive belts first.
