How do I remove front rotors?

I see two star screws on the rotor. Do they need to be removed? If so where do I get the star screwdriver?

Can you upload a pic for me to see the screws? I have attached a pic of the rotor and see no place for screws unless they are oem and the screw can be removed and replaced with longer ones to function as a puller.
