2007 Ford Fusion Goes crazy while turning on

Here's the problem:

I just tried a couple of times to turn on my car and it just went crazy turning on and off every light on the board and it didn't turn on at all. I don't know what it could probably be but I really need an answer, my plans were to hit the road in a couple of hours.

check battery for condition including load test then have it scanned for codes.

also chtry resetting anti theft if no manual look online.
