my cars jumps when i remove my feet from the brakes while seating on traffic jam .it almost hit another car a head of me .i check with scanner and it comes up with code : p061b.what could be the problem

internal pcm calibration issue.

you may need a flash update or new pcm. have a dealer verify it for you
