2007 Ford Focus This Evening Noticed Rattle Coming Rear Left End While Idling

This evening, I noticed a rattle coming from the rear left end while idling. It is not continuous.. It comes and goes with vibration. Any idea what it could be?

Have it inspected at a tire and alignment shop. You need a live person to look at it, grab and wiggle parts, and listen for the noise.
