2007 Ford Focus Sound in reverse

The car makes a low pitched squealing sound, but only when moving in reverse. It almost sounds as if something isn't lubed properly, or like a sound a whale would make. Applying the brake lightly when in motion while reversing, stops the sound. I think it might be the drum brakes on the back wheels due to the sound only occurring while Moving in reverse, but i know nothing about things like this.

have a pro check brakes, might be rust caught between rotor and backing plate nothing to worry about
