2007 Ford Focus Actuator Lock Assembly Drivers Side Rear Passenger Door

I need an actuator lock assembly in drivers side rear passenger door but I dont want to pay right now for that part. Is there a way to manually lock and unlock this door?

If there is, it will have a knob/lever/slide etc. on the inside of the door
