Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked U-joints? Has the differential ever been serviced?

No engine light. It only does it when the truck is cold. Once it warms up it drives just fine. I changed the fuel filters and it seems to be driving better but still has some vibration and some slurging as if it's not getting fuel maybe like the tranny is slipping but it's not.

The only thing I can think of would be to check fuel pressure. When cold, there could be a pressure issue which goes away once warm.
