My diesel truck has given me problems starting in extreme cold weather.I checked the battery out and it 's fine.Could it be the glowplug?If so How costly to fix this? It's a 6l,250 Ford 4 door truck

Cold!today was -40c,i live in Lac La Biche,Alberta,Canada.All my ford trucks won't start.The only one that is running is my `1999 suzuki swift'.she will start in pretty well all the cold temps.Please any advice would help.Any idea how much it will cost to repair?
