While driving approx. 45 miles an hour I heard and felt a bang or pop. I then noticed that the truck seemed to be in neutral but was still in drive. I slowed down and it seemed to kick back into gear. I then slowly accelerated and 1st, 2nd seemed to be fine, then it seemed to be out of gear. What could it be and how much to repair?
