I see the sway guard bushen is gone. When driving truck shakes bad and makes a clunking noise. Damage to my tires are also happening. Is this because of the bushen?

The sway bar bushings will cause the vehicle to be less stable. If they are broken, they can make a noise. As far as tire wear, chances are it is another problem.

Sorry, they won't cause a vibration. Suspect tire balance or uneven tire wear.

The vibration is most likely tire balance or uneven wear. Check both of those first. As far as the hydraulics feeling, are the shocks good?

its more like hopping issue and yes shocks are good. I got new tires and balance and truck shaking/hopping is worse.

Have you checked all steering components? In particular, the drag link?
