2007 Ford Explorer Water in plug well

I keep getting cool lent in the #8 plug well witch causes misfire and the engine light to come on.I pull the coil pack and blow it out the misfire go's away but after about fifty miles or more the problem reapers ,what would cause this to happen?I would appreciate help thanks ?

You obviously have a coolant leak. You need to pressure test the cooling system to locate and then repair the leak.
