While braking my truck front end shakes?

While braking my truck front end shakes once i get up speed the shaking decreases but doesn't completely go away please help

If it is only happening when braking then you need to have your rotors replaced because they are warped.

I agree with JOHNNYT73, the front rotors will cause this issue, please go over this guide to see what we are talking about.
